Purpose of conducting the workshops:
The purpose of these workshops is the personal development of employees, the improvement of their performance, and the increase of their satisfaction in both personal and professional life.

Workshop capacity:
Since these workshops are not merely educational and will be held with a group coaching approach, in order to achieve better effectiveness, the optimal capacity of each is a maximum of 15 participants.

1. Workshop: Discovering Personal Mission (Group Coaching Approach)

Introduction:
In this workshop, participants will discover their values, strengths, and interests, and draw their life vision. Then, they will discover their life mission and set goals aligned with it.
This workshop helps middle managers and employees of organizations identify their mission and play their role with greater motivation toward achieving organizational goals.
It also helps them better understand their skills and abilities, focus on their strengths to solve organizational challenges, and achieve their goals.
Recognizing and focusing on personal abilities not only improves productivity but also increases self-confidence.

This workshop helps executive managers and employees to identify their constructive and destructive habits, manage them, and develop habits aligned with their personal and organizational goals.
It also helps them create mental and work discipline.
