Workshop capacity: Since these workshops are not merely educational and will be held with a group coaching approach, in order to achieve better effectiveness, the optimal capacity of each is a maximum of 15 participants.

Introduction: In this workshop, participants will discover their values, strengths, and interests, and draw their life vision. Then, they will discover their life mission and set goals aligned with it. This workshop helps middle managers and employees of organizations identify their mission and play their role with greater motivation toward achieving organizational goals. It also helps them better understand their skills and abilities, focus on their strengths to solve organizational challenges, and achieve their goals. Recognizing and focusing on personal abilities not only improves productivity but also increases self-confidence.
Target audience: Executive managers and organizational employees
Introduction: In this workshop, individuals will become familiar with the concept of habits, the relationship between habits and the brain, the process of habit formation (habit loop), how to build new habits aligned with their goals, and how to eliminate habits that are not aligned with their goals. This workshop helps executive managers and employees to identify their constructive and destructive habits, manage them, and develop habits aligned with their personal and organizational goals. It also helps them create mental and work discipline.
Introduction: In this workshop, participants will become familiar with the concept of procrastination, the cost of procrastination, the reasons for procrastination, and the methods to overcome it. By learning anti-procrastination skills, middle managers and employees will be able to perform their duties faster and with greater accuracy.
